The content on udaipurride.com is written to help visitors plan their rentals and trips in and around Udaipur. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Use of this website is at your own discretion.

02Prices and availability

Rents and fares shown on the website are correct on the day we publish them, but they can change with season, festivals, fuel prices, demand, duration and delivery location. The amount shown in a booking box is an estimate worked out from what you select, not a final bill.

In peak season, from October to February, on long weekends, during Diwali and from Christmas to New Year, prices on the website are a guide only. The final price is agreed on WhatsApp before you book.

Each page says what a fare includes. Anything not listed there, such as tolls, parking, state tax, entry tickets or extra kilometres, is told to you before you confirm. Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your booking on WhatsApp or phone. The price we confirm to you before payment is the one that applies.

03Photos and vehicle models

Vehicle photos and illustrations are for representation. The vehicle you receive will be the same model or category you booked, but its colour, year or look may differ. If a booked model is not available, we will offer a similar one or a refund, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

04Travel guides and routes

Our travel guide, blog posts and trip cards share distances, travel times, opening hours, entry rules and road conditions as a general guide. Route maps on our pages are simple drawings and are not to scale. All of this can change without notice, for example because of roadworks, weather, local events or government orders. Please confirm timings and entry rules with the place you are visiting before you travel. We are not responsible for closures, changed rules or delays.

05Riding and driving risk

Riding a two-wheeler or driving a car involves risk, especially on unfamiliar roads, hills and in heavy traffic. You are responsible for riding or driving safely, wearing a helmet or seat belt, and following Indian traffic laws. Tips on our website are not a substitute for your own judgement on the road.

06Partner vehicles

Some vehicles and taxis are provided by verified local partners. We check their documents and vehicle condition, and our Terms & Conditions apply to every booking. Udaipur Ride remains your point of contact for any issue.

Our website links to other websites, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, monument ticket portals and social media. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
